On the afternoon of June 19, 2018, the “Survival by Quality, Promote Development with Word of Mouth” Suizhou Regional Project Mobilization Conference to Improve Service Quality was held in the conference room on the fifth floor of the Suizhou Sanitation Bureau. Participants in this conference include Yu Gongan, general manager of the Hubei Region (representative of the head office), Suizhou, Guangshui, Suixian, and township project managers and managers. The conference specially invited the Director of Municipal Sanitation Bureau Mao Suibing to attend and attend the meeting.

      At the meeting, each project manager showed the courage to face and expose the shortcomings and problems existing in the project operations. Meanwhile, they formulated measures and plans to rectify these problems so that the bottle neck for quality and service will be broken through in the future. 

Yu Gongan, the general manager, gave instructions and speeches on how to improve the quality of environmental sanitation operations, refine management, improve the company's internal quality assessment system, safety production, and increase investment in mechanized equipment.     Director Mao Suibing fully affirmed our company's achievements in the marketization of Suizhou sanitation and put forward very professional suggestions and guidance on how to improve the quality of sanitation operations quickly.

      Finally, General Manager Yu Gongan emphasized that quality is fundamental to the survival and development of the company. The cleaning service is continuous improvement, and there can be no slack and stagnation. The beginning of this work is good, but the subsequent improvement and high Effectiveness is more important. In the future work, the project department should actively respond to the call of the party committee government and competent authorities at all levels, strictly follow the work deployment of the head office, strengthen internal management, pay close attention to service quality, strictly monitor and evaluate, strengthen the cleaning service background, create The clean and tidy urban environment contributes to the promotion of beautiful and happy Suizhou.
